Job summary

Young Hungry Free is seeking an Livestream Admin & Support intern to help plan, program, and run livestreams as structured shows. The role focuses on show flow, product sequencing, and guiding hosts before and during live broadcasts.

The position supports live commerce and production activities, with opportunities for 3- to 6-month commitments. Working hours vary with livestream schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Comfortable directing hosts and making quick decisions.
• Strong communicator who can give clear, calm instructions.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple elements live.
• Interested in live commerce, fashion, production, and audience behaviour.
• A natural problem-solver who stays steady under pressure.
• Prior experience in livestreaming, production, broadcast support, or sales is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build a run-of-show for each livestream (product order, key highlights, styling angles).
• Plan outfit changes, product sequencing, and pacing based on audience behaviour.
• Decide which items should be featured, repeated, swapped, or dropped during the live.
• Brief hosts clearly on what items to change into and what stories or angles to focus on.
• Call out promos or brand messages and pacing cues during the live.
• Work with Marketing to align livestream programming with campaign goals.
• Coordinate with Operations for product withdrawals and availability.
• Set up studio spaces with programming in mind (racks shown in show order).
• Prepare product lists, live carts, and backup items for quick swaps.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and cart behaviour in real time.
• Review what worked and what didn’t in post-live reporting and notes.
