Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions to promote and sell food and beverage (F&B).
• Engage and interact with viewers in real time, answering questions and providing accurate product information.
• Achieve sales and viewer engagement targets during live streams.
• Monitor and respond to viewer comments and messages to build strong audience connections.
• Share product updates, promotions, and special deals during live sessions.
• Stay updated on FMCG trends and live streaming best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, and enjoy talking to others
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to engage Mandarin-speaking audiences).
• Good understanding of Chinese culture and consumer trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Natural on camera, and comfortable with live-streaming
• Passionate, energetic, and have a strong motivation to sell
• Independent individual, and able to generate engaging content ideas and interactive activities is a plus
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to engage with Mandarin-speaking prospective audiences).
• Must be experienced in a sales role with proven track record in achieving targets.
• Must be comfortable working long hours in front of camera - must NOT be camera shy.
• Being talkative will be an added advantage as it captivates audiences.
• Availability for flexible hours, especially during evenings and weekends. Willing to work at our office in Jurong.
