As the expanding of business, we are looking for Live Stream & Content Operations Executive to further support the growing business needs in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Livestream Operations (Mobile)

• Ensure the successful end-to-end execution of livestream sessions, from pre-production setup to post-stream wrap-up.
• Operate and monitor livestreaming equipment and software, ensuring consistent technical performance.
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues (e.g., sound, camera, network disruptions) to minimize downtime.

2. Studio & OBS Management

• Maintain the functionality, cleanliness, and readiness of the Livestream Studio at all times.
• Set up lighting, cameras, microphones, and other production equipment prior to each stream.
• Manage video switchers, audio mixers, and livestream software configurations.
• Record livestreams when necessary for archive, review, or repurposing.

3. Collaborator & Guest Liaison

• Welcome and brief collaborators, guest presenters, and hosts before each livestream.
• Ensure collaborators are aligned on messaging, stream agenda, and compliance guidelines.
• Provide on-site support to presenters, including cueing, script support, and post-stream feedback.

4. Content Ideation & Production

• Execute video ideas provided by the Company and ensure timely delivery of assigned creative tasks.
• Proactively conceptualize, script, and produce original videos aligned with brand identity, tone, and objectives.
• Generate short-form, long-form, and behind-the-scenes content for use on social media.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related field.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin due to engage with mandarin-speaking prospective audiences.
• Experienced in video editing and studio operation. Prior exposure to the automotive trading industry is a plus
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in video editing is required.
