Job summary

Yobbi Consultancy in Singapore seeks a dedicated Family Educator for a live-in position to support school-aged children with in-home learning, habit formation, and daily routines. You will guide homework, promote study skills, read together, and provide emotional mentorship within a family home.

Diploma or higher and 2+ years’ experience preferred, with priority for those in Early Childhood Education. This role offers SGD 4,000 and above, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• At least 2 years of work experience; background in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (and Math) for school-age curriculum.
• Patience and clear communication to guide children through homework.
• Strong time-management to help plan and organize study schedules.
• Experience in tutoring or cram school roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Academic Supervision: assist child with school assignments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Habit Formation: foster good study routines and scheduling.
• Review & Preview: help review material and prep for next day’s lessons.
• Guided Reading: read books together to boost comprehension.
• Emotional Mentorship: support child’s confidence and well-being.
