Job description

1. Live Hosting & Product Presentation

  • Host engaging, energetic, and persuasive live streaming sessions on TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
  • Present products clearly and creatively, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Interact with viewers in real-time to answer questions, respond to comments, and increase engagement.
  • Demonstrate usage or applications of products (e.g., try-ons, tutorials, or live demos).

2. Content Planning & Preparation

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to understand product USPs, promotions, and live campaign strategies.
  • Plan live session scripts, talking points, and visual aids in advance.
  • Ensure timely setup of live studio (lights, backdrop, props, tech setup) for each session.
  • Rehearse and test-run products or demos before going live.

3. E-Commerce Engagement & Sales Conversion

  • Drive traffic and conversions by encouraging viewers to purchase directly from Shopee and TikTok Shops during the live.
  • Use call-to-actions (CTAs) effectively to promote flash deals, vouchers, or limited-time offers.
  • Provide real-time updates on product availability, stock status, or exclusive bundles.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs such as viewership, engagement rate, follower growth, and sales targets.

4. Reporting & Performance Review

  • Record, report, and analyze live session metrics (view count, engagement, CTR, sales).
  • Gather feedback from viewers and team members to improve future sessions.
  • Stay updated with trends and competitors to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

5. Brand Representation & Compliance

  • Represent the brand professionally, embodying brand tone, values, and image.
  • Adhere to platform guidelines, community standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., product claims, pricing accuracy).
  • Maintain a clean and positive image on personal/public social platforms if representing the brand externally.
