Lithography Process Engineer (37785)

Our client, a leading global company in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lithography Process Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
- Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tools to improve process condition and technology
- Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
- Evaluation and development of new equipment/materials/process

Requirements & Preferences
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor foundry module processes.
- Proficiency in Chinese to communicate effectively with internal and external Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO methodologies will be preferred.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis. Shift schedules vary by department and are assigned by the respective manager. Shifts are not scheduled frequently, and further details will be explained during the interview.
- (Advantageous) Experience with advanced technology nodes of 22nm and below will be highly advantageous.
