Job summary

You’ll work with Legal, Operations, and Product teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, CS, IS, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
• Analytical and quantitative reasoning.
• Good critical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Adaptable and open minded in dynamic environments.
• Full-time interns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan overall listing governance strategy roadmap and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Drive preventive risk analysis and coordinate with Legal, Operations and Product teams.
• Enhance governance platform to cover detection, review, penalties and feedback.
• Dive into operational workflows to support regional operations at scale.
• Continuously drive improvements in listing governance products and set priorities.
• Take ownership of the product development cycle with designers, engineers and data scientists.
