Job summary

ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a knowledgeable corporate finance and capital markets professional to join its Singapore team.

The role involves advising SGX-listed issuers on continuing obligations, governance matters, and high-stakes disclosures, working directly with directors and management from day one. You will review filings, support secondary fund-raising and M&A efforts, and liaise with regulators and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field from a recognised university
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, corporate compliance, or capital markets advisory
• Working knowledge of the Singapore Securities & Futures Act, SGX Listing Manual and Singapore Companies Act
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients
• Meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and ability to multitask across a portfolio of clients
• Ability to leverage senior team support and deliver customised solutions to corporate clients
• Strong bias for action and comfort with high-touch advisory engagements

Responsibilities

• Advise listed issuers on continuing listing obligations under SGX Listing Manual
• Advise on corporate governance matters and Code of Corporate Governance
• Review disclosures for compliance with SGX requirements prior to release
• Advise on corporate actions with SGX compliance in mind
• Liaise with SGX RegCo, regulators, auditors and legal advisers
• Manage relationships across a portfolio of listed issuers
• Support corporate actions, M&A and fund-raising activities including secondary offerings
