Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in RHEL and enterprise/WOG environments.
• Deep proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) administration and Red Hat Satellite.
• Solaris (10/11) administration and storage addition.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, load balancers, firewalls, OS clustering, and virtualization.
• Proven experience with CIS security hardening benchmarks and OS patch management frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven capability to handle incident communications professionally across diverse audiences.
• Prepared to support mission-critical production systems under a 24x7 operational model.

Responsibilities

• Install, administer, and tune RHEL and Solaris servers for optimal resource usage.
• Perform health checks and participate in 24x7 support rotations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Apply CIS-based security hardening and manage OS patches using Red Hat Satellite.
• Handle storage provisioning and user administration across RHEL and Solaris.
• Provide support for Azure, load balancers, firewalls, OS clustering, and virtualization.
• Prepare evaluations and reports on system efficiency for technical and non-technical audiences.
