Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) in Singapore seeks a hands-on Linux System Administrator to support and maintain production infrastructure for banking services, ensuring high availability in a 24/7 environment.

You will perform daily Linux admin (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), write Bash scripts for automation, monitor health, respond to incidents, manage tickets per ITIL, and participate in 24/7 rotation including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) administration required.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts or fixed night shifts.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS) — user management, patching, performance monitoring
• Write and maintain Bash/Shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and routine maintenance tasks
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production incidents during shift hours
• Handle incident, problem, and change management tickets (ITIL-aligned)
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and security hardening
• Work rotational shifts (including night shifts) to provide round-the-clock coverage for banking systems
• Escalate critical issues per defined SOPs and coordinate with L2/L3 teams
• Maintain documentation of processes, runbooks, and incident reports
