Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linguistic Research Executive to join our team on a temporary basis (3-6 months). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various languages and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research and Implementation: Research, test, and implement linguistic aspects of AI products for translation and transcription to ensure cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy.
2. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to localize content and ensure consistency across languages.
3. Linguistic Analysis: Conduct linguistic analysis and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and coherence of translated materials.
4. Team Management: Manage a team of linguistic experts, providing guidance and support for high-quality language services.
5. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in linguistics and localization.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in research, linguistic analysis, localization, or translation
3. Language Skills: Strong understanding of language technologies and tools; fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
4. Language Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for this role due to the specific requirements including translation and transcription, language pair, cultural understanding, and quality assurance.
