Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor to lead a team of production operators.
• Plan and deploy manpower to achieve daily production target.
• Ensure production operators follow SOP and instructions.
• Monitor product quality and communicate with Engineering Team.
• Support overtime to fulfill customer order if necessary.
• Perform simple maintenance on equipment or tools.

Job description

Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day: 4 Days work, 3 days off. 3 Days work, 4 Days off. Need to work one weekend.

Work Time
Morning Shift : 7am - 7pm
Night Shift : 7pm - 7am

• Assist Production Supervisor to lead a team of production operators to run daily production processes and maintain discipline level on production floor
• Assist Production Supervisor to plan and deploy manpower accordingly and to achieve daily production target
• Ensure production operators follow SOP and instruction strictly
• Able to monitor product quality and communicate effectively with Engineering Team if support is needed
• Able to support overtime to fulfil customer order if necessary
• Able to perform simple maintenance on equipment or tools if necessary
