Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant kitchen/cooking experience preferred; candidates with stronger culinary skills and relevant experience may be considered for higher-level responsibilities; knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations; able to work shifts where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and operational requirements.
• Carry out food preparation, cutting, portioning and cooking.
• Maintain food quality and consistency.
• Assist with stock preparation and inventory control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards.
• May be deployed to the company's central kitchen, F&B outlets or other operational locations based on operational requirements.
• Perform other reasonable kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor.
