Job summary

SODEXO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a diligent kitchen staff member to cook and serve food according to the planned menu. You will ensure all kitchen areas are clean, sanitize equipment, and correctly prepare and serve dishes.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, assisting with menu planning, and supervising staff when required. The position is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and requires close teamwork with the Sous Chef and Unit Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and sanitized.
• Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving.
• Ensure food is processed according to hygiene standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report issues.
• Assist in menu planning with Unit Manager and Sous Chef.
• Record temperature for refrigerators and cooking.
• Ensure menu items are available at service times.
• Oversee kitchen personnel when necessary.
• Perform other duties as directed by Sous Chef or Manager.
