Job Description

• Works with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing/process related activities on a shiftly basis.
• Supports Process Engineer in monitoring line performance, quality, yield, and disposition of Hold Lots.
• Tracks the Internal troubleshooting Report (ITR) trend and follows up on the Abnormality Lot Report (ALR).
• Supports the Process Engineering on the qualification/evaluation on Tape and Reel processes.
• Ensures that the line complies with all the quality procedures/systems set up by Process Engineers.
• Handles new product introduction/qualification engineering support.

Requirements

• Diploma Holder related to Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ exposure to Production operations and Engineering activities.
• Good Leadership, Communication & Inter-Personal skills.
• Knowledgeable in TNR Pick and Place (STI / MiE / MiT) is a plus advantage.
• Will be assigned on Shift Work Rotation.
