Job Scope

Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and assist patients with Healthier SG enrollment and related activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with HSG enrollment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths, or community settings, via mobile app or system applications.
  • Explain the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance of enrollment, including the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfilling preventive health recommendations, and follow-up reviews annually.
  • Attend to HSG-related inquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented, passionate about serving and interacting with people, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Able to adapt, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and comfortable with using technology such as mobile apps and system applications.
  • Team player with the ability to tolerate standing for at least 3-4 hours daily.
