Job summary

Light+Form Concepts in Balestier is seeking a sales-oriented team member to join our retail showroom. Under the guidance of the Sales Supervisor, you will engage customers, promote lighting products, manage enquiries, and maintain showroom standards.

duties include attending to walk-ins, handling calls, supporting sales, and ensuring credit terms are followed. On-the-job training for new entrants is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 days work week, including weekend and public holiday.
• Excellent customer service is required.
• On-the-job training for new entry is provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of Company's lighting products.
• Attend to walk-in customers and handle telephone enquiries.
• Provide sales as well as after sales support.
• Ensure that clients adhered to the credit terms stipulated.
• Assist in the maintenance of the showroom.
