Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, home improvement, furniture or interior-related industries is a plus.
• Able to meet sales targets and handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their lighting requirements.
• Recommend suitable lighting products based on customers’ needs, preferences and budget.
• Explain product features, specifications and applications clearly.
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations and product recommendations.
• Follow up with customers to support sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a neat and attractive showroom display.
• Assist with stock checking, product arrangements and replenishment.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Keep updated on new lighting products, promotions and industry trends.
• Support the team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
