Job summary

LIGHT BASIC STUDIO PTE. LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator cum admin for a permanent role, mainly handling office paperwork (70%) and site visits (30%). The position is based at 21 Kallang Avenue.

You will support schedules, quotations, sales documents and coordinate with architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors and clients. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of related experience, strong English, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with ERP systems or similar software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with schedules and distribution of sales documentation.
• Attend sales queries and follow up on quotations and product installations.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors and clients.
• Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare lighting proposals and draft lighting plans.
• Involve in lighting design activities.
• Attend site visits and site surveys.
• Undertake other duties as required by the company.
