Job description

Job Scope & Job Responsibilities:

· Plan and design lifting methods and strategies for heavy equipment relocation projects.

· Conduct site surveys to assess ground conditions, equipment, and safety risks.

· Prepare and review Lifting Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.

· Able to prepare lifting plan by AutoCAD.

· Select and inspect lifting equipment, including cranes, hoists, slings, and rigging gear, ensuring compliance with

safety and regulatory standards.

· Supervise lifting operations on-site, ensuring adherence to planned procedures and safety guidelines.

· Provide technical support and troubleshooting during lifting activities.

· Coordinate with clients, project managers, and team members to plan and schedule lifting activities.

· Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met within budget and time constraints.

· Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to address project requirements and

updates.

· Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for equipment procurement and resource allocation.

· Maintain proper documentation of project deliverables, including reports, permits, and inspection records.

Job Requirements:

· Certification as a Lifting Engineer (Appointed Person – Lifting Operations)

· 5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in construction or heavy industries.

· Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety standards.
