• Salary: Up to S$3,200/month (base) + AWS (13th Month)
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators and escalators.
• Respond to breakdowns and support statutory inspections (e.g., BCA, FSB) with the service team.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve lift/escalator faults promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation, tools, and equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and established work practices.

Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in lift or escalator maintenance.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle license and own a motorbike (required for daily site travel).
• Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel).
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
