About the Role
As an Annual Inspection Technician , you will focus solely on statutory and preventive inspections - conducting safety tests, preparing reports, and ensuring full compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with a specialist inspection team in a supportive, safety-first environment.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: Up to $3,300++ (Monthly Base Salary)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
• Work Locations: Multiple sites across Singapore

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct annual statutory inspections and preventive maintenance checks on elevator and escalator systems
• Perform safety tests (load, emergency brake, door operation) in accordance with MOM regulations
• Prepare, certify, and submit statutory inspection reports and certificates to regulatory authorities
• Maintain detailed inspection records and service documentation
• Identify and document any non-compliances or safety risks for corrective action by maintenance teams
• Adhere strictly to all workplace safety regulations and internal protocols
• Liaise with engineers and coordinators to schedule inspections and follow up on corrective work

What They’re Looking For:

• Education: NITEC or Higher NITEC in Vertical Transportation, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: At least 3 year of lift/escalator inspection, servicing, or statutory compliance work
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights and in confined lift shafts
