About the Role:

As a Lift Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety of advanced elevator and escalator systems. Your role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with strict safety regulations—all within a supportive, high-performance environment.

The Essentials:

• Industry: Lifts & Escalators / Vertical Transportation Solutions / Building & Construction
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary: Up to $3,000++ (Monthly Basic Salary)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
• Work Locations: Various sites across Singapore

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on lift and escalator systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

What They're Looking For:

• Education: NITEC or Higher NITEC in Vertical Transportation, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in lift maintenance, servicing, or repair
• Skills: Excellent troubleshooting abilities; capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Physical: Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces inside the lifts & escalators
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are an advantage
