Job summary

Tahlia Waters in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead lift projects, supervise the field team on site, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Project Management.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in lift projects.
• CSCPM or Construction Safety Course for Project Managers certification.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask, manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude with results.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities for Lift projects, field team and on-site personnel ensuring safety and quality.
• Ensure on-time delivery, oversee budget and cost control per contract scopes.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, progress claims, safety reports and procurement items.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, management, supply chain, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants/Main Contractors/Vendors/Sub-Contractors/Clients and Authorities.
• Be accountable for overall financial results of each project and monitor progress.
• Lead the project team in execution, planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct site surveys pre- and post-commencement and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings with customers and vendors and manage drawing approvals and technical clarifications.
