• Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts.

• Pursue sales leads, conclude orders, and initiate internal sales process and logistics.

• Provide technical solutions to Consultants prior to tender calling.

• Understanding of local Codes for Vertical Transportation System.

• Attend tender interviews.

• For secured contracts, attend project meetings as & when required.

• Handle variation orders.

• Money collection.

• Visits to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in lift modernisation or related vertical transportation solutions.

• Strong understanding of lift systems, modernisation processes, and relevant local codes and regulations.

• Ability to evaluate existing lift conditions and propose suitable technical upgrade solutions.

• Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related discipline.
