• Carry out 3D, AutoCAD works related to lifts, escalators, and interior design.

• Supervise and monitor the interior work of lifts and escalators.

Report on work progress.

• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.

• Ensure quality standards are achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

• Responsible for manpower planning and utilization at the site.

• Liaise with main contractors and suppliers.

• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the lift and escalator interior industry.

• Possess a certificate as a Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS).

• Ability to communicate effectively and supervise workers of diverse nationalities at the construction site.

• Good team player with a positive working attitude.

• Previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar role is advantageous.

• Relevant work experience in elevator and escalator servicing is an advantage.
