Job summary

Teambuild Construction Group is seeking a Lift Operator for construction sites in Singapore. The role involves safely transporting personnel, materials, and equipment between levels, adhering to safe working loads, and conducting pre-operation checks.

You will coordinate with site staff to ensure smooth movement of workers and materials, maintain lift cleanliness, and report safety concerns to the Site Supervisor. Compliance with regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate the construction lift/hoist to transport personnel, materials, and equipment safely between designated levels.
• Ensure passengers and materials comply with the lift's safe working load and operating procedures.
• Conduct basic pre-operation checks and report any lift faults or abnormalities promptly.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure the efficient and orderly movement of workers and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the lift and surrounding operating area.
• Monitor safe boarding and alighting of passengers and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
• Keep basic operational records and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Management related to lift operations.
