About the RoleAs a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for leading field maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective servicing of elevators. You’ll oversee a team of technicians, manage site schedules, and ensure that service quality and regulatory compliance are consistently met.

- Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month (base salary, depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
- Location: Kaki Bukit / Ubi (Office-based with regular site deployment)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance tasks performed by field technicians at residential and commercial sites
- Ensure all lift service activities—including preventive and breakdown maintenance—meet regulatory and safety standards
- Oversee field schedules, technician deployment, and site progress to ensure timely service completion
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors to address technical concerns and resolve service-related issues
- Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and inventory reports to support audits and compliance
What They’re Looking For
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator servicing and field operations
- Certifications:
Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certification
OEM or manufacturer-specific lift maintenance training (preferred) - Skills & Attributes:
Solid understanding of lift systems, mechanical drive units, and control components
Proven leadership in managing field teams or technician crews
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
High level of safety awareness and service reliability
