GOOD RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician to service lifts and escalators, ensuring safe operations and reliability. You will apply correct methods and promptly respond to breakdowns under contract terms, including 24-hour standby.

You will troubleshoot minor faults, perform preventive actions, and ensure all processes meet quality, environmental, and safety standards, with timely reporting to supervisors and monthly PMS sign-offs.

Qualificações

• Must have technical expertise in lift and escalator systems.
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and preventive actions.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance service of lifts/escalators in charge.
• Apply correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliability and safe operations.
• Respond to breakdowns and call-backs according to contract terms, including 24-hour standby.
• Release passengers from lift mantrap according to contract terms.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and carry out preventive/corrective actions.
• Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety requirements.
• Report to superior and team timely; ensure PMS is carried out and signed monthly.
