Job Description: Lifeguards/Swimmers/Instructor

1. Should be able to deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions as per laid down procedures.
2. Should be a good swimmer and a team player.
3. Should have good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
4. Must abide by the directives and instructions issued by the Chief Instructor.
5. Must exhibit proper conduct and discipline at all times.
6. Start classes on time and maintain schedules to avoid cascading effects on subsequent sessions.
7. Impart training effectively and resolve learners' doubts.
8. Approach all tasks during theory and practical training with honesty, enthusiasm, and dedication.
9. Ensure learners have achieved the required knowledge of Learning Outcomes.
10. Assist learners seeking help and interact directly to facilitate their tasks.
11. Continuously enhance knowledge and instructional skills to improve efficiency.
12. Ensure fair and impartial assessment of learners' performance against relevant outcomes.
13. Be clear and consistent in assessment decisions.
14. Stay updated on developments and standards related to the role.
15. Comply with responsibilities and policies laid down by SSI.
16. Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of the CEO, Chief Instructor, or designated personnel.
