About the role

Sports and Wellness Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Lifeguard to join our team in at our Singapore branches. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our swimming facilities. This is a crucial role that contributes directly to the success and reputation of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Closely monitor the swimming area and beach to identify and respond to any potential safety concerns or emergencies

• Provide immediate assistance and first aid to customers in distress, as required

• Enforce all swimming pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment

• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of lifesaving equipment to ensure it is in good working condition

• Participate in regular emergency drills and training sessions to maintain your skills and knowledge

• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records as required

What we're looking for

• A valid Bronze Medallion from a recognized institution

• A valid Standard First Aid Cert

• Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar safety-critical role

• Strong swimming abilities and excellent physical fitness

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure

• Commitment to upholding the highest safety standards at all times

• Candidates must have full work right in Singapore and long-term visit pass holder are welcome to apply

Work sites: Woodlands, Khatib, Bukit Batok, Bedok Reservior, Changi, Central, Pioneer area.

Operation hour: 8am to 9:30pm, Mon to Sunday
