You'll make a difference by:
- Develop Lifecycle Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan targeting existing customer base.
- Drive Service Revenue: Identify and pursue opportunities for maintenance, upgrades and retrofits to existing clients.
- Devise Service Packages: Work with internal teams to create appealing service packages that provide significant value to customers.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Engage directly with key clients to understand their needs and strengthen their partnership with Siemens.
- Support Sales Team: Manage and mentor a sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Analyze Market and Consumer Trends: Monitor market dynamics and customer needs to continuously enhance our service offerings.
You'll win us over by:
- Academic Background:Holding a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience:Bring 8–10 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) service sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role and a proven track record of increasing sales for services and upgrades.
- Service Model Expertise: Deep understanding of service agreements, managing customer accounts, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Strong Leadership & Communication: Excellent at leading teams, communicating clearly, and building stakeholder relationships.
- Customer-Focused and Adaptable: Able to adapt fast-paced setting while prioritizing customer needs.
- Industry Knowledge Preferred: Experience or knowledgeable with building automation systems (BAS), security systems, fire alarm systems, or ACMV (air conditioning and mechanical ventilation) systems is a plus.
