A technology company in Singapore seeks an experienced lifecycle marketing manager. Your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies across the APAC region, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring data compliance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both English and Chinese. You'll also work closely with various teams to drive marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the overarching APAC lifecycle marketing strategy and lead its hands-on implementation across diverse markets.
Lead and run experiments to optimize key metrics.
Take a hands-on role in architecting and building scalable and efficient marketing automations.
Operat marketing platforms and manage campaigns for the region.
Drive collaboration with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams, translate strategic plans into actionable, executable projects.
Establish and maintain a robust governance model for data hygiene and compliance.
Requirements:
5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, with a track record of personally building and scaling campaigns in the APAC region.
Deep experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, or DTC industries.
Expert-level, hands-on operational experience with significant marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Strong hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to personally dig into data and translate it into actionable strategy.
A proven strategic thinker with a bias for action and hands-on work.
Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
In-depth, practical understanding of major APAC privacy laws (PDPA, etc.).
Nice to Have:
Experience managing and mentoring junior team members on hands-on skills.
Professional proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
Hands-on proficiency in HTML/CSS for creating custom email templates.
