The Hiring Company is a Global Software leader hiring for their B2C marketing programs to drive customer experience, CRM and retention strategies across products.

We are seeking an experienced and strategicLifecycle Marketing Managerto lead lifecycle and CRM initiatives across APAC and India Market. This is a high-impact role ideal for a data-driven marketer who is passionate about creating meaningful customer journeys, optimizing lifecycle flows, and increasing user engagement and loyalty across multiple channels.

As part of our regional team, you'll own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy—from onboarding and activation to reactivation and retention—working closely with cross-functional partners in Product, GTM, Digital, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage full-funnel lifecycle strategies across the customer journey—spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell, and loyalty.
  • Drive the execution of email and multi-channel marketing campaigns through marketing automation platforms ensuring segmentation and personalization at scale.
  • Lead development of CRM/lifecycle programs tailored to the Indian market, incorporating local behavioral insights, festive seasonality (e.g., Diwali), and regional preferences.
  • Partner with analytics, product, and e-commerce teams to design data-driven strategies that increase user retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and creative briefing to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Design customer journeys using lifecycle mapping and segmentation logic to deliver relevant and engaging content across email, push notifications, and in-product messaging.
  • Manage loyalty programs, including reward strategy, targeting logic, performance tracking, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Develop quarterly and annual lifecycle marketing plans aligned with business goals, with strong focus on testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Create campaign toolkits and enablement guides for regional stakeholders to scale efforts in-market.
  • Champion the use of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continually improve program performance and customer engagement.
  • Deliver regular CRM health updates and loyalty performance reviews, translating data into actionable insights for campaign refinement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in fast-paced tech, ecommerce, or SaaS environments.
  • Deep experience managing marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Emarsys, or equivalent). - Certification is good to have
  • Proven success building and optimizing CRM/lifecycle programs across APAC, preferably with experience covering the Indian Market.
  • Experience with Google or Adobe Analytics is good to have.
  • Track record in developing and scaling loyalty strategies, including segmentation, behavioral targeting, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn customer behavior data into actionable marketing flows.
  • Familiarity with campaign experimentation and A/B testing to optimize channel and content performance.
  • Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional and regional teams; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, in a dynamic and evolving environment.
