Job summary

Vita Partners Real Assets seeks a Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical construction projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder management to align project outcomes with client and organizational objectives.

You will manage client interfaces, develop plans, monitor budgets, and oversee QA/QC, with accountability for LOA and project governance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience managing pharmaceutical or life sciences construction projects (GMP).
• Strong knowledge of capital projects in life sciences, including QA/QC, scheduling and contracting.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of pharmaceutical construction projects across their full lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, monitor and closeout projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate permitting, procurement and construction interfaces and ensure client alignment.

Education

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Degree in Construction Management
