Job summary

Vita Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical construction projects across their full lifecycle, ensuring safety, on‑time delivery and high quality. You will coordinate client interactions, drive budgeting and scheduling, and manage cross‑functional teams to meet client expectations.

The role requires PMP certification, 8–10 years in life sciences construction, and strong regulatory knowledge including cGMP, with responsibility for stakeholder engagement and project

Qualifications

• Degree in CM or related field.
• PMP certification.
• 8–10 years in pharma or life sciences construction (GMP).
• Strong understanding of cGMP, estimating, scheduling, procurement, reporting.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and client expectations.
• Stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client interface and provide overall project direction.
• Ensure delivery of projects on budget, schedule, and quality.
• Act as LOA gatekeeper and ensure LOA compliance.
• Build and lead the project team across internal and client groups.
• Manage authorities pre-consultation, waivers, building plan approvals, inspections.
• Drive schedule adherence and QA/QC plan adherence.
