Job description:
Execute evaluation process for new product suppliers and offerings;
Conduct in-depth market insights, understand market trends and competitor information, leverage the platform, and identify strengths to provide suggestions for product optimization and market strategy adjustments;
Conduct ongoing due diligence on suppliers and products
Develop and manage supplier channels, formulate and lead the implementation of market expansion plans. Empower various channels to promote business sales and renewal plans, providing excellent customer experience;
Oversee insurance underwriting, policy issuance and in-force management in Singapore
Fulfill ad-hoc duties aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives
Coordinate with various departments and teams to meet business requirements and customer/distributor needs;
Possess excellent business negotiation skills, able to negotiate with insurers to secure more benefits;
Demonstrate high business acuity, target orientation, and the ability to build efficient teams, optimize management processes, and possess excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills;
Comply with local laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, corporate ethics codes, and internal rules and regulations of the company.
Job requirement:
Over 8 years of experience in insurance or finance-related fields; candidates with experience in banking, brokerage, or insurance companies/Brokers are preferred;
Possess extensive industry resources and strong business development and supplier development capabilities, especially in overseas insurance markets;
Excellent negotiation, communication, and management skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Proficient in the operational logic of the insurance industry;
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly;
Fluent in English.
