A Day in the Life As a Regional Product Manager for Luxe Fragrance, you’ll be at the heart of driving brand growth across Southeast Asia and South Asia. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Lead, you’ll manage product portfolios, craft pricing strategies, and build brand desirability across omnichannel platforms. You’ll collaborate with distributors, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Brand & Product Management : Execute product strategies aligned with global brand vision, ensuring consistent O+O (online and offline) expression. Conduct competitor analysis, define pricing strategies, and create impactful launch plans.
Distributor Partnerships : Build strong relationships with distributor partners, guiding them on product selection, assortment planning, and sales optimization.
Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate with distributor marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, while monitoring performance to drive awareness and desirability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with teams across finance, supply chain, e-commerce, and DMI to ensure smooth product launches and inventory management.
We Are Looking For You’re a great match for this role if you:
Have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the cosmetics industry, with operational expertise.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the cosmetics market, trends, and consumer preferences.
Are skilled at navigating complex ecosystems (DMI, Zones, cross-functional teams) to gain support and insights.
Excel in communication, presentation, and relationship-building with distributors and internal teams.
Have a strong analytical mindset and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Are entrepreneurial, agile, and solution-oriented, with a consumer-first mindset.
