Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to service Company and Customer aircraft at Seletar, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The role requires a Gulfstream G550 license and FAA license with a minimum of 4 years in aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities include tool calibration, inspections, parts ordering, and daily status reporting on aircraft and ground support equipment. Flexible hours and overtime are available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering with Aircraft/Mech/Electro focus.
• Hold a valid Gulfstream G550 Maintenance Engineer License / Type Rating and FAA license.
• Minimum of 4 years of Aircraft Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Flexible in working shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Company and Customer aircraft using ground support equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging and calibration of tools, equipment and materials.
• Calibrate special tools prior to use as required.
• Perform periodic inspections of ground support equipment per manuals.
• Report daily on status of aircraft and equipment to Maintenance Manager.
• Perform repairs as directed by manuals and Quality control procedures.
• Order tools, materials and parts as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Assist with inventory and stock of materials and aircraft parts.
• Recall surplus material and return to storage when serviceable and certified.
• Monitor housing and facility conditions and report necessary actions.
• Execute scheduled, unscheduled and AOG maintenance on Company and Customer aircraft.

Job description

Reporting Line: Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Using ground support equipment, tools and vehicles maintain and service Company and Customer aircraft
• Ensure that aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, components and material that are assigned to the Maintenance Department are stored properly with appropriate identification tag and calibrated as required
• Ensure that special tools and equipment requiring calibration are calibrated according to specified requirements prior to use
• Ensure that periodic inspection of ground support equipment will be performed in accordance with the appropriate technical manual prior to use
• Report on the status of aircraft, ground support equipment and technical publication to the Maintenance Manager on a daily basis
• Perform aircraft maintenance tasks under the direction of Maintenance Manager in accordance with company approved Repair Station Manual, General Maintenance Manual, and Quality Control Manual
• Order tools, materials and parts as required to comply with maintenance tasks
• Provide assistance when required for the inventory of all materials and aircraft parts in stock
• Recall surplus material and return to the appropriate storage area providing that is still serviceable and certification can be confirmed
• Monitor and report condition/status of housing and facilities to concerned department in order that necessary action can betaken
• Perform repairs scheduled, unscheduled and AOG maintenance on Company and Customer aircraft

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering major Aircraft Engineering, mechanical, electronics, or related fields
• Hold a valid Gulfstream G550 Maintenance Engineer License / Type Rating & FAA license
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Aircraft Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance
• Possess good interpersonal and be a team player
• Flexible in working shift & overtime
