Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Library Assistant (Packing) to support daily library operations, including packing, sorting, RFID tagging and preparation of materials for cataloguing.

The role requires printing spine labels, affixing color codes, data entry to create new records, and physical handling of items. Working location is Changi South with 5-day shifts (7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm). Salary is 2,180 SGD per month.

Responsibilities

• Print, process and affix colour code spine labels and RFID tags on library materials.
• Packing and sorting books.
• Retrieve and match copies of materials after cataloguing.
• Handling of items based on sets.
• Shelving and retrieval of books to and from bins and shelves.
• Input data and create new records of items.
• Physical processing of materials requiring stapling, attaching or simple taping.
• Print inventory lists based on catalogued records.
