What You’ll Do:

• Break exclusive stories on leveraged buyouts, syndicated loans, high-yield bonds, and private credit deals across Asia.
• Build and maintain a strong network of sources including bankers, investors, advisors, and corporates.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful coverage of primary and secondary market activity.
• Collaborate with a global team of reporters and analysts to produce high-impact content.
• Attend industry events, earnings calls, and press briefings to stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in financial journalism, ideally with a focus on credit, M&A, or capital markets.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of breaking news.
• Deep understanding of leveraged finance instruments and market dynamics.
• Excellent writing, interviewing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
