Job Title: Senior Level Designer - Match-3 Games
Location: Singapore or China (Remote option available with overlapping hours)

We are an international casual game publisher dedicated to creating engaging, player-focused experiences. Our team is spread across multiple global offices, bringing together a diverse array of insights and expertise. We are looking for a Senior Level Designer to join our team and lead the level design for an upcoming Match-3 game that aims to redefine player engagement and game quality.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Level Designer, you will be at the forefront of our level design efforts, responsible for crafting high-quality, compelling game levels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable player journey, leveraging both creativity and data to optimize level design. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and contributing to our broader design strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Level Design & Strategy: Develop creative and engaging levels, focusing on core gameplay mechanics, progression, and player engagement.
  • Pipeline & Quality Improvement: Oversee the level design production pipeline, enhancing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Work closely with analytics teams to implement A/B testing and data analysis for gameplay optimization.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment and advancing the team's skillset.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in level design for Match-3 games, with a track record in both game launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Creativity & Analytical Skills: Passion for casual gaming with a data-driven approach to design and the ability to interpret KPIs to improve player experience.
  • Collaborative & Cross-Cultural Skills: Strong communication abilities and experience with international collaborations. Previous experience in mentoring or managing a team is preferred.
Compensation: 3000 - 5500 USD Monthly Relocation & Benefits: Comprehensive relocation package available, including visa support and additional on-site benefits for those relocating. Remote work is also an option with flexible overlap hours for meetings.
