Qualifications

Job Overview
- Administration and maintenance for the day-to-day operations of servers and networking system.
- Organise, install, and support computer systems including local area networks (LAN), wide area network (WAN), network segments, intranet, and other data communication equipment in the Data centres and security access.
- Supervise IT Support staff in order to provide all IT support to End Users.
Responsibilities
- Provide system administration of Warehouse management system, server management on various platforms.
- Knowledge of High Availability System.
- Review and improve system performance and capacity trends.
- Responsible for sizing and working out specifications for system tech refresh, systems installation, setup, and configuration.
- Develop procedures for all system monitoring and troubleshooting, Disaster recovery, and system backup solutions.
- Support network (LAN & WAN) such as routers, network switches, firewall, WIFI controllers, Access points.
- Responsible for system management tools, cybersecurity policy, IT compliance & hardening, and IT audit support.
- Handle new project management of system infrastructure projects.
- Provide support for operations.
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1.5 years’ experience as IT Level 2 Support Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with AIX, Linux, RedHat, Windows, VMWare, vCenter, Veeam & et cetera.
- Experience and knowledge in Virtualization.
- Experience in Server hardware, IT Infrastructure, and Network equipment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
