Job Description
We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, test, and repair computing equipment and peripherals
- Perform start-up and commissioning of systems at customer sites
- Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Handle access management and change requests according to company policies
- Prepare and maintain documentation of service reports and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Work Arrangement
- Primary location: Chinatown Point or Goldhill Plaza
- Occasional visits to 6 Marsiling Lane office
