Job description
Legalisation (Main Task)
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to document authentication
  • Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them
  • Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails
  • Address customer challenges or concerns related to Certificates and document legalisation
  • Support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening
Stakeholding (When required)
  • Administrative support (including data entry) to the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Maintain and update records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint
  • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned
Working Arrangement

Contract Duration: Imm - April 2026

Location: Coleman Street

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Salary: $2390/Month

Job Requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation, complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS SharePoint and MS Office Suite, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Training will be provided
