In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting user inquiries, signature processes, and data needs. You will also be involved in testing changes with the CLM tool, updating the system for new data elements and analysis requirements, and ensuring data quality through regular reporting and analysis.To qualify for this position, you should have at least 4 years of prior work experience, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in end user (CLM) support within a fast-paced corporate Legal or IT department. Proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis, along with 2-4 years of experience in system process documentation and support, is required. You should also possess the ability to analyze data, identify trends, address outliers, and suggest improvements. Experience in system testing and familiarity with AI models in the Contract Management process are essential.Additional skills that will be beneficial for this role include proficiency in SharePoint, creating process flow charts and documentation, project coordination and task planning, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary, along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external support personnel. Educational requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English is a must, while multi-language fluency is desired.Preferred qualifications for the role include experience with ELM or other legal systems, exposure to project and process management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet, familiarity with scrum and agile project methodologies, and Java development skills. Critical thinking, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to personal growth and development are highly valued. Experience with AI Prompt and D365 is advantageous for this position.
