EssilorLuxottica in Singapore is offering a Legal Intern position to support the Legal team with a range of matters. The role requires a current law student or recent graduate with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

You will assist with reviewing marketing claims, drafting documents, legal research, and coordinating with external law firms. The internship spans at least 6 months (Jan – Jun/Jul, 2027) and offers exposure to regional legal operations and contracts management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review marketing claims
• Assist the legal team with legal tasks as required from time to time
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including monitoring deadlines, and managing contracts and documents
• Conduct legal research on various matters
• Draft correspondence and legal documents
• Facilitate matters with external law firms, including drafting correspondence and documentation
• Handle requests in relation to day-to-day general business activities
• Liaise with corporate secretaries across the region
• Assist with day-to-day retail matters (including review of leases and other materials)
• Participate in meetings with internal clients

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Legal Intern, you would assist the Legal team with a wide range of matters, depending on business needs. Key qualities to succeed in a fast-paced environment would include good project management and time management skills, and a positive and proactive attitude.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a degree in Law
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 Months (Jan - Jun/Jul, 2027)
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a solution oriented approach
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
• Familiarity with Singapore law, legal procedures, and protocols would be preferred
