Legal Data & Forensics Specialist [eDiscovery & Litigation]

This role will be part of a regional team covering APAC and will collaborate with internal and external teams on legal matters, focusing on identifying, preserving, processing, and producing company data for litigation, investigations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee eDiscovery projects, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

• Perform document searches, manage case databases, and ensure proper chain-of-custody protocols.

• Partner with legal teams to support litigation, regulatory matters, and process improvements.

• Utilize eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix) for data organization, review, and production.

• 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH. Overtime needed plus 5-6 hours per week, no weekends. Monday to Friday only.

• Open to contract role (12 months - highly renewable!)

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent

• At Least 5+ years in litigation or eDiscovery/electronic discovery

• Proficiency with eDiscovery tools and project management software.

• Certifications in Relativity, Nuix, or ACEDS preferred.

• Basic coding capabilities and understanding.

• Forensic collections of mobile, laptop, and cloud-related software.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in handling confidential information.
