We are instructed on an exciting opportunity with a top-tier global financial institution seeking to hire a lawyer to join its Global Markets Legal function in Singapore.

This role will sit within the APAC Equities Legal team and act as the primary legal point of contact for the Prime Brokerage business across the region. In addition to Prime Brokerage coverage, the successful candidate will also gain valuable exposure to Equity Derivatives and Cash Equities matters, offering a broad and dynamic scope of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with existing experience in Prime Brokerage or Equity Derivatives to further develop their skill set in a high-calibre and fast-paced environment. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience advising on Prime Brokerage and Derivatives transactions, gained within an international bank. In addition, they must have trained at a top-tier law firm.
