A leading legal firm in Singapore is looking for a qualified legal advisor to provide expert advice on property transactions. Responsibilities include managing the conveyancing process, drafting legal documents, and conducting due diligence. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Practice from an approved university.
• Passed the Bar Exams and qualified Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Associate/Senior Associate in law firms.
• Prior experience as a Practising Lawyer in the Conveyancing field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on property transactions including sales, leases, and title transfers.
• Draft and review contracts, sale and purchase agreements, and related legal documents.
• Conduct title searches, review land records, and assess legal risks.
• Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Facilitate settlements and resolve transaction-related disputes.
• Maintain accurate files, legal documentation, and transaction details.
• Stay current with property law and regulatory changes.

You will play a significant role in providing expert legal advice and support for property transactions, including residential, commercial, and development properties. You will collaborate with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and other legal professionals to ensure the seamless execution of property deals.

Location: Tanjong Pagar (5 mins walk from MRT)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Description:

• Client Advisory: Provide legal advice on property transactions including sales, leases, and title transfers

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Practice from an approved university on SILE
• Have passed the Bar Exams and is a qualified Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
• Min. 1-2 years of experience as an Associate/Senior Associate in law firms
• Prior experience as a Practising Lawyer in the Conveyancing field will be an added advantage
